4 Cups Sugar
1 Cup Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 Cup Butter
25 Large Marshmallows
1 12 oz. Semi Sweet choco. chips
1 12 oz. Milk choco. chips
2 squares - 1 oz. each Unsweetened choco.
1 Cup Chopped nuts (optional)

Cook sugar, milk, vanilla and butter. Boil for 2 minutes. Turn off and add marshmallows. Stir until dissolved. Add chocolates. Stir til thickened. Add nuts. Pour into a buttered 13 x 9 or jelly roll pan.
