  Banana Cake (from Aunt Dorothy)

  1 1/2 cups mashed bananas
6 TBL butter milk
3/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 TSP vanilla
3  eggs
3 cups flour
2 TBL flour
3 3/4 TSP baking powder
3/4 TSP baking soda
3/4 TSP salt
 
 

NOTE:  6 TBL buttermilk = 5 TBL milk & 1 TBL vinegar 

 

All that is listed on the recipe is the ingreds. 

 

When we make it we mix things together like you would when making cookies.  All the wet ingreds. together first.  Mix all the dry ingreds. together in a bowl then add to the wet mixture.

Place in a 13x9 pan.
