  Cheesecake with Vanilla Moose Topping

  aprox, 40-45 crushed  Nilla Wafers
4 packages (8oz each)  Cream Cheese
3 TBSP melted  Butter or Margarine
1 cup Sugar
1 tbsp plus 1 tsp  Vanilla
3  eggs
8 oz tub  cool whip
 
 
  1. Crush nilla wafers and mix with melted butter.  Press into spring form pan. Set aside
  2. Beat 3 pkgs cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar, 1 tbsp vanilla. Blend well. 
  3. Slowly add in 1 egg at a time, beat well after each addition.
  4. Pour mixture over crust.
  5. Bake at 325 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
  6. Cool completely
  7. Beat remaining cream cheese, sugar, vanilla.  Whisk in cool whip.  Spread over cooled cheese cake.  Refridgerate 4 hours.
