  Cheesecake with Vanilla Moose Topping

  aprox, 40-45 crushed  Nilla Wafers
4 packages (8oz each)  Cream Cheese
3 TBSP melted  Butter or Margarine
1 cup Sugar
1 tbsp plus 1 tsp  Vanilla
3  eggs
8 oz tub  cool whip
 
  <ol><li>Crush nilla wafers and mix with melted butter.&nbsp; Press into spring form pan. Set aside</li><li>Beat 3 pkgs cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar, 1 tbsp vanilla. Blend well.&nbsp; </li><li>Slowly add in 1 egg at a time, beat well after each addition. </li><li>Pour mixture over crust.</li><li>Bake at 325 degrees for 50-55 minutes. </li><li>Cool completely</li><li>Beat remaining cream cheese, sugar, vanilla.&nbsp; Whisk in cool whip.&nbsp; Spread over cooled cheese cake.&nbsp; Refridgerate 4 hours.&nbsp; </li></ol>
