  Chocolate Eclair Cake

  1 Box Graham Crackers
2-3 ounce boxe Instant French Vanilla Pudding
3 Cups Milk
9 Ounces Cool Whip
2-1 Ounce Squa Bakers Chocolate
1 tsp Vanilla
3 TBLS Margarine (soft)
1.5 Cups Powdered Sugar
2 TBLS Kyro Syrup
3 TBLS Milk
 
 

Cake:

  1. Butter The Pan
  2. Line With Graham Crackers
  3. Beat Pudding and Milk together
  4. Fold in Cool Whip until mixed
  5. Pour half of mixture over crackers
  6. Line with crackers and pour rest of mixture over top
  7. Top with crackers

Frosting:

Melt chocolate and margarine in a pan on the stove.  Add remaining ingredients and mix well.  Pour over crackers and place in fridge to cool and set.   Cut into squares and serve.
