1/4 Cup Canola Oil
1/2 Cup Milk
1 Whole Egg
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 cup Sugar
1 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1 TBLS Cinnamon
1 Cup Chopped Strawberries

<ol><li>Preheat overn to 375.</li><li>Grease a 8 cup muffin tin or use liners.</li><li>In a small bowl combine oil, milk, vanilla, and egg.</li><li>In a large bowl combine flour, salt, baking powder, sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon.</li><li>Toss stawberries to coat with flour mixture, then add the milk mixture to the large bowl and combine gently.</li><li>Fill muffin cups. </li><li>Sprinkle tops with sugar. </li><li>Bake at 375 for 25 minutes or until the tops bounce back. Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan.<br /></li></ol>
