2 1/2 lbs. Sliced thi Flank steak
1/4 Cup Cornstarch
1 TBL. Minced garlic
1/4 Tsp. Chili Flakes
3/4 Cups Brown Sugar
3/4 Cup Water
1 TBL. Grated ginger
2 TBL. Olive oil
3/4 Cups Soy Sauce
1 Cup Grated carrots

<p>Evenly coat steak with cornstarch in a ziplock bag. Make sure steak is cut thin against the grain.</p><p>In crock pot add all the ingredients except steak and carrots and mix. </p><p>Add steak and stir. </p><p>Cook in crock pot for 2-3 hours</p><p>Last 30 min. Add carrots </p>
