Clean and dry spinach,grapes and strawberries. Slice strawberries and cut grapes in half. Finely chop a medium onion. Cook bacon and crumble.(or you can use a jar of real bacon)
For Dressing- 1 Cup vegetable oil, 1/3 Cup Red wine vinegar, 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce , 1 tsp. Salt, 3/4 cups sugar.
The recipe I have says to add the onion to the dressing. I like to mix the dressing a few hours ahead of time.
Don't add the dressing until ready to serve. The first time I made this (the first time I had my In-Laws over!) I added the dressing before dinner was ready and I had a mess of wilted spinach !
