19 oz. Frozen Cheese Tortellini
1 Lb. Italian Sausage
2 14.5 oz. Italian Style Diced Tomatoes
1 Small bag Fresh spinach
1 8 oz. Cream Cheese - cubed
4 Cups Chicken broth

Brown and drain sausage. Place sausage along with all the ingredients in a crock pot. Cook low for 4 - 6 hours. If still soupy remove lid for the last 1/2 hour. Soup thickens as it cools.
