  Amish Macaroni Salad

  1 Pound box Macaroni
3  Stalks Chopped celery
1 Small Chopped onion
1/2 Cup  Carrots shredded
1  Small Red pepper, chopped
2 TBls. Sweet pickle relish
3 or more  Hard boiled Eggs , chopped
 
  <p>Cook macaroni drain and set aside to cool.</p><p>In a large bowl stir together the eggs, onions, celery, red pepper, carrots and relish.</p><p>In a small bowl stir together:</p><p>2 Cups Miracle Whip</p><p>3 Tablespoons yellow mustard</p><p>3/4 &nbsp;Cup white sugar</p><p>1/4 tsp. Salt</p><p>2 1/4 white vinegar</p><p>3/4 tsp. Celery seed&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;Pour over the vegetables and stir. &nbsp;Add macaroni and mix well. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Some recipes call for green pepper instead of red and some call for 2 cups of cheddar cheese. Another recipe called for a can of Eagle Brand milk.&nbsp;</p>
