1 Pound white mushrooms
1/2 Stick butter, room temperature
3 Cloves garlic, minced
1/4 Cup chicken broth
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 Tsp salt or more to taste
ground black pepper to taste
1 Tbsp chopped parsley
Clean mushrooms and trim the bottom of the stem.
Heat up a skillet on medium-low heat. Melt the butter in the skillet then add the minced garlic. Saute the garlic a few times then add the mushrooms. Keep stirring until the mushrooms are coated with the garlic butter.
Add the chicken broth, lemon juice, salt, and ground black pepper. Let the mushroom cook in the skillet until they change color and shrink a bit (this may take a bit of time).
Add the chopped parsley and serve immediately.
