  Garlic Butter Mushrooms

  1 Pound white mushrooms
1/2 Stick butter, room temperature
3 Cloves garlic, minced
1/4 Cup chicken broth
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 Tsp salt or more to taste
  ground black pepper to taste
1 Tbsp chopped parsley
 
  <ol><li><strong>Clean</strong> mushrooms and trim the bottom of the stem.</li><li><strong>Heat</strong> up a skillet on medium-low heat. <strong>Melt</strong> the butter in the skillet then <strong>add</strong> the minced garlic. <strong>Saute</strong> the garlic a few times then <strong>add</strong> the mushrooms. Keep stirring until the mushrooms are coated with the garlic butter.&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Add</strong> the chicken broth, lemon juice, salt, and ground black pepper.
