  Egg Roll in a Bowl Ramen

  1 lb. Hot Pork Sausage (can use ground beef)
1 1/2 cups Sweet onion (diced)
1/2 cup Carrots (shredded or matchstick)
2 tsp Minced Ginger
4  Garlic Cloves
1/4 cup Chicken Broth
1 bag Cabbage Slaw Mix (can also add more)
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
2 tsp Rice Vinegar
  pepper to taste
2 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
2 Blocks Ramen Noodles
........Bang Bang Sauce........  
1 individual Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1 Tbsp Honey (can add an extra tsp)
1 Tbsp Sriracha
1 tsp Rice Vinegar
  green onions
  Toasted Sesame Seeds (optional)
 
  <ol><li>Make the Bang Bang Sauce by <strong>combining </strong>the yogurt, Sriracha, 1 tsp rice vinegar, and honey. Set aside.</li><li><strong>Brown </strong>ground pork in a large skillet and <strong>add </strong>the sweet onions when pork is close to being finished. <strong>Cook </strong>until onions start to soften.&nbsp;<strong>Drain </strong>most of the fat.&nbsp;</li><li>While meat is cooking start cooking ramen.&nbsp;<strong>Cook</strong> ramen noodles in boiling water for about 2 minutes (or 1 minute less than stated on directions). <strong>Drain </strong>and set aside.</li><li><strong>Add</strong> carrots, garlic, ginger and broth and <strong>saute </strong>for a few minutes.</li><li><strong>Add&nbsp;</strong>slaw mix to the skillet. <strong>Cover </strong>pan and <strong>cook </strong>for a few mintues so cabbage will start to cook and is easier to mix with the rest of ingredients.</li><li><strong>Add </strong>soy sauce, 2 tsp rice vinegar, sesame oil, pepper, and cooked ramen to skillet. <strong>Mix</strong> and <strong>cook </strong>for 1-2 mintues to combine ingredient.</li><li><strong>Eat </strong>with the green onions, bang bang sauce and toasted sesame seeds on top.</li></ol>
