1 1/2 cups Sweet onion (diced)
1/2 cup Carrots (shredded or matchstick)
2 tsp Minced Ginger
4  Garlic Cloves
1/4 cup Chicken Broth
1 bag Cabbage Slaw Mix (can also add more)
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
2 tsp Rice Vinegar
  pepper to taste
2 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
2 Blocks Ramen Noodles
........Bang Bang Sauce........
1 individual Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1 Tbsp Honey (can add an extra tsp)
1 Tbsp Sriracha
1 tsp Rice Vinegar
  green onions
  Toasted Sesame Seeds (optional)

  1. Make the Bang Bang Sauce by combining the yogurt, Sriracha, 1 tsp rice vinegar, and honey. Set aside.
  2. Brown ground pork in a large skillet and add the sweet onions when pork is close to being finished. Cook until onions start to soften. Drain most of the fat.
  3. While meat is cooking start cooking ramen. Cook ramen noodles in boiling water for about 2 minutes (or 1 minute less than stated on directions). Drain and set aside.
  4. Add carrots, garlic, ginger and broth and saute for a few minutes.
  5. Add slaw mix to the skillet. Cover pan and cook for a few mintues so cabbage will start to cook and is easier to mix with the rest of ingredients.
  6. Add soy sauce, 2 tsp rice vinegar, sesame oil, pepper, and cooked ramen to skillet. Mix and cook for 1-2 mintues to combine ingredient.
  7. Eat with the green onions, bang bang sauce and toasted sesame seeds on top.
