- Make the Bang Bang Sauce by combining the yogurt, Sriracha, 1 tsp rice vinegar, and honey. Set aside.
- Brown ground pork in a large skillet and add the sweet onions when pork is close to being finished. Cook until onions start to soften. Drain most of the fat.
- While meat is cooking start cooking ramen. Cook ramen noodles in boiling water for about 2 minutes (or 1 minute less than stated on directions). Drain and set aside.
- Add carrots, garlic, ginger and broth and saute for a few minutes.
- Add slaw mix to the skillet. Cover pan and cook for a few mintues so cabbage will start to cook and is easier to mix with the rest of ingredients.
- Add soy sauce, 2 tsp rice vinegar, sesame oil, pepper, and cooked ramen to skillet. Mix and cook for 1-2 mintues to combine ingredient.
- Eat with the green onions, bang bang sauce and toasted sesame seeds on top.
