  Crispy Roasted Parmesan Potatoes

  1.5 Lbs Baby potatoes (halved)
6 Tblsp Butter (1 tblsp reserved)
1/3 - 1/2 Cup Grated parmesan cheese
1/2 Tsp Oregano
1/2 Tsp Garlic powder
1/2 Tsp Onion powder
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Pepper

Using a small sharp knife, score the potatoes. Brush with the reserved melted butter on top.
