16-20 Cherry Tomatoes
1 Pound Bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup chopped green onions
3 tbls grated parmesan cheese
2 tbls fresh parsley

Cut a thin slice off the top of each tomato
Scoop out the pulp and discard
Invert tomatoes on a paper towel to drain.
In a small bowl combine the remaining ingredients.
Spoon mixture into tomatoes and refigerate for several hours.
