Swiss Cheese Chicken |

3 Whole Chicken Breasts
3 Slices Swiss Cheese
2 Whole Eggs
1 Cup Dry Breadcrumbs
3/4 Cup Butter, divided
4 TBLS Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
2 Cups Milk
1/3 Cup Parmasen Cheese

- Split the chicken into 6 peices.
- Season with Salt and Pepper.
- Dip into 2 eggs (beaten).
- Then Dip into dry breadcrumbs.
- Brown chicken in 1/2 cup of butter.
- Then make cream sauce. Start with 4 Tbls butter.
- Add flour, salt, pepper, and 2 cups milk (more milk can be added if mixture is too thick).
- Pour about 3/4 of the sauce into a shallow baking dish.
- Place Chicken in sauce.
- Cover each peice with a swiss cheese slice.
- Cover with remaining sauce.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes covered.
- Uncover sprinkle with more cheese and continue baking for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
