3 Whole Chicken Breasts
3 Slices Swiss Cheese
2 Whole Eggs
1 Cup Dry Breadcrumbs
3/4 Cup Butter, divided
4 TBLS Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
2 Cups Milk
1/3 Cup Parmasen Cheese

<ol><li>Split the chicken into 6 peices.</li><li>Season with Salt and Pepper.</li><li>Dip into 2 eggs (beaten).</li><li>Then Dip into dry breadcrumbs.</li><li>Brown chicken in 1/2 cup of butter.</li><li>Then make cream sauce. Start with 4 Tbls butter.</li><li>Add flour, salt, pepper, and 2 cups milk (more milk can be added if mixture is too thick).</li><li>Pour about 3/4 of the sauce into a shallow baking dish. </li><li>Place Chicken in sauce.</li><li>Cover each peice with a swiss cheese slice.</li><li>Cover with remaining sauce.</li><li>Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.</li><li>Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes covered.</li><li>Uncover sprinkle with more cheese and continue baking for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.</li></ol>
