  Crispy Baked Chicken

  3 TBLS Margarine
1 1/4 Cups Betty Crocker Potato Buds
1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
3 lbs Chicken Breasts
1 Whole Egg, beaten
 
 
  1. Heat Oven to 425.
  2. Melt Margarine put in 9x13 baking dish.
  3. Mix Potato Buds, Cheese, salt and pepper (in a dish for dredging).
  4. Dip Chicken in Egg, roll in potato mixture.
  5. Place in 9x13 baking dish.
  6. Bake uncovered for 50 minutes or until chicken is done and coating is golden brown and crisp.
