3 TBLS Margarine
1 1/4 Cups Betty Crocker Potato Buds
1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
3 lbs Chicken Breasts
1 Whole Egg, beaten

- Heat Oven to 425.
- Melt Margarine put in 9x13 baking dish.
- Mix Potato Buds, Cheese, salt and pepper (in a dish for dredging).
- Dip Chicken in Egg, roll in potato mixture.
- Place in 9x13 baking dish.
- Bake uncovered for 50 minutes or until chicken is done and coating is golden brown and crisp.
