  Overnight Egg Casserole

  1 lb Sausage, cooked
10 Slices Bread
8 Whole Eggs, Beaten
2 Cups Milk
2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
 
 
  1. Cook and drain sausage.
  2. Tear bread into small pieces.
  3. In large mixing bowl, combine bread cubes, sausage and remaining ingredients.  Save 1/2 cup cheese for topping.
  4. Lightly coat a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
  5. Add egg mixture, cover with remaining cheese.
  6. Cover with foil and refridgerate overnight.

Ready to bake the next day:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.  Bake, covered for 45 minutes.
  2. Uncover and bake another 15 minutes or until brown.
  3. Cut into squares and serve.
