Overnight Egg Casserole

1 lb Sausage, cooked
10 Slices Bread
8 Whole Eggs, Beaten
2 Cups Milk
2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Cook and drain sausage.
Tear bread into small pieces.
In large mixing bowl, combine bread cubes, sausage and remaining ingredients. Save 1/2 cup cheese for topping.
Lightly coat a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
Add egg mixture, cover with remaining cheese.
Cover with foil and refridgerate overnight.
Ready to bake the next day:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Bake, covered for 45 minutes.
Uncover and bake another 15 minutes or until brown.
Cut into squares and serve.
