2 3/4 Cups Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Cream of Tarter
2 Cups Sugar, divided
1 Cup Butter
2 Whole Eggs
1 TBLS Cinnamon

- Cream 1 cup butter, add eggs 1 at a time, blend until smooth.
- Combine dry ingredients (leaving cinnamon for next step), gradually add to creamed mixture, until smooth dough forms.
- In a small bowl combine 1/2 cup sugar and 1 TBLS Cinnamon.
- Roll dough into 1 inch ball and roll in cinnamon/sugar mix.
- Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
