  3 lbs. Hash brown potatoes
1 pint 1/2 & 1/2
1/2 lb. Butter
1 lb. Velveeta
8 oz.  Sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
 
  <p>Cube Velveeta. Melt, Veleeta, 1/2 &amp; 1/2, butter and cheddar cheese. Pour over frozen potatoes. Let stand for and hour.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>This is in a 9 X 13 pan.&nbsp;</p>
