1 Cup Butter (no substitues)
1 Cup Sugar
2 Whole Eggs
1 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 Cups Flour
3/4 Cup Cocoa
1 tsp Baking Soda
13 oz pkg Rolos

<ol><li>Cream Butter, 1 Cup Sugar and brown sugar.</li><li>Add eggs and vanilla, mix well</li><li>In separate bowl, combine flour cocoa and baking soda </li><li>Add dry mixture to creamed mixture and beat just until combined.</li><li>Shape doughby tablespoon around each candy</li><li>In a small bowl place 1 TBLS sugar and dip tops of each ball.</li><li>Place on an <strong>ungreased</strong> baking sheet.</li><li>Bake 375 for 7-10 minutes until top is slightly cracked.</li><li>Cool 3 minutes then remove to wire racks to col completely.<br /></li></ol>
