3 Whole Avacados, peeled, pitted and mashed
1 Whole Lime, juiced
1 tsp salt
1/2 Cup Onion, diced
3 TBLS Chopped Fresh Cilantro
2 Whole Roma Tomatoes, diced
1 tsp Minced Garlic
1 pinch Cayenne Pepper

- In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, iime juice and salt.
- Add in onion, cilantro, tomatoes and garlic
- Stir in cayenne pepper
- Refridgerate for 1 hour for best flavor but can be served immediately.
