4-5 Medium Potatoes
2 cups Cooked Ham, diced
1/2 Medium Onion
1/4 Stick Margarine, melted
3 TBLS Flour
2 Cups Milk
1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese, grated
Salt and Pepper
Peel and Slice potatoes, add sliced onion, salt and pepper to taste
Add one cup of water and bring to a boil. Simmer until tender. About 15 minutes.
Drain any water that is left
White Sauce
In a pan mix margarine and Flour. Add salt and pepper to taste
Add 2 cups milk to the mixture
Stir until thinkened.
Add grated cheese
In a greased casserole dish layer potatoes and ham; repeat. Pour white sauce over everything. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
