2 sticks softened butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. pure almond extract
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 cups regular or quick cook oats
1 cup raisins
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup flaked baking coconut
1 cup slivered almonds, toasted (toast 10 min. in 350 oven)

- In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugars until fluffy.
- Add the eggs and extracts and beat well.
- Add the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and oats and mix.
- Fold in the remaining ingredients and stir until blended.
- Drop by the tablespoon on to ungreased cookie sheets and bake.
