  4  Chicken Breasts
1 Whole Egg
3 TBLS Lemon Juice
1/4 Cup Flour
1/8 tsp Garlic Powder
1/8 tsp Paprika
1/4 Cup Margarine
2 cubes Chicken Bullion
1/2 Cup Boiling Water
 
 
  1. Beat egg with 1 tbs lemon juice.
  2. Combine flour, garlic powder and paprika
  3. Dip chicken in egg and then flour mixture
  4. Fry til brown in margarine.
  5. dissolve bullion in water.  Add rest of lemon juice.
  6. Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until chicken is done.
