  1/4 Cup Butter
1 Cup Heavy Cream
2 Cloves Garlic
1 1/2 Cups Parmesan Cheese
 
 
  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium low heat. 
  2. Add garlic, minced finely, saute for seveal minutes, do not let it turn brown.
  3. Add cream and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Add cheese (grated) gradually, whisking quickly until melted and smooth.
  5. Serve over pasta.
