1/4 Cup Butter
1 Cup Heavy Cream
2 Cloves Garlic
1 1/2 Cups Parmesan Cheese

- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium low heat.
- Add garlic, minced finely, saute for seveal minutes, do not let it turn brown.
- Add cream and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add cheese (grated) gradually, whisking quickly until melted and smooth.
- Serve over pasta.
